Experience
 
Prior to working in private industry, Ben served 10 years in the US Naval Submarine Force as a Navigation Electronics Technician, where he gained significant technical and supervisory experience.  The discipline and work ethic that the Naval submarine force instilled have remained with Ben to this day. 
        
He believes that hard work, integrity, and ethical standards are essential to success both individually and for a company or team.  Ben has successfully managed teams in quality engineering, validation, metrology, project management, and technical services functions. 
 
Because of the depth and width of his experience, he can be assigned to almost any project and will have relevant experience to get it done.
